With strong ties to Asia and the Chinese-American community here in Los Angeles, the UCLA Music Department and School of the Arts and Architecture is proud to announce the UCLA Choir 2008 Spring Tour to China.

This landmark educational and cultural initiative will bring 100 UCLA students on a nine day tour to Beijing and Shanghai, with two concerts in each city. Through performance, the UCLA Chorale will represent America and great music to Chinese audiences in an up close and personal fashion. At the same time, this tour will offer UCLA students a first-hand look at Chinese culture and history.
